We have 3 variations of YlangYlang – Cananga odorata var.

• YlangYlang Extra = First hour or two when flower is steam distilled.
• Ylang I, II and III = extracted in order and designated amounts of time.
• YlangYlang complete = either total of all the oil collected OR just a blend of each of the 4 fractions

This specific version is the “complete” version collected from the fresh flowers of the tree and is certified organic.

YlangYlang has a sweet floral fragrance and can be used on its own. It is balsamic, heady and can be overpowering so use with care.

YlangYlang usually forms part of a body/skin cleaning applications such as soaps and cosmetics – even in Chanel No 5 perfume! It has antiseptic qualities but be sure to do a skin test before you go ylang ylang on it!

Ylang Ylang is used to promote relaxation and kill bacteria. Very interestingly it is often used to increase sexual desire and lower blood pressure.
